Can you email me some articles?

Due to licensing restrictions on electronic content, our library does not provide direct document delivery such as you're asking for.

Here are the steps for accessing full text articles:

Starting from the Cleveland Health Sciences Library homepage use the eJournal Portal to find individual journals and access full text articles.

Or, you can click on the PubMed tab instead of the eJournal tab and look up the articles in PubMed and then click on the full text finder links in PubMed.

Please reach out if you have further questions. Vivian McCallum will be happy to walk you through navigating library resources further.

Answer

Due to licensing restrictions on electronic content, our library does not provide direct document delivery such as you're asking for. So, let's try to quick troubleshoot what's going on.

It's likely that your computer has picked up cookies which are blocking your access to the articles you are looking for.

Let's start with this:

Please clear your cookies, cache, and download/browsing history. If you don't know how to do this, we can walk you through that.

Once you've cleared your history, the best practice is to start from the Cleveland Health Sciences Library homepage and use the eJournal Portal to look up individual articles to access full text. You will be prompted to log in using your CaseID and authenticate using Duo with Single Sign On.

Or, you can click on the PubMed tab instead of the eJournal tab and look up the articles in PubMed and then click on the full text finder links in PubMed.

The most important part is clearing your history/cookies/cache and then going to our homepage to start your search.

Please reach out if you have further questions. Either myself or Vivian McCallum will be happy to walk you through navigating library resources further.
