If you have a Case ID you can access the library's resources off campus. The key is to access resources directly from the CHSL homepage because library resources links are encoded with an app called OpenAthens that works behind the scenes to authenticate CWRU users.
To get access, start from the CHSL homepage and search for desired resource using the Search Box or its tabs.
Your search results page will have URLs that will link you to the CWRU SSO page to sign in.
If you still have access issues, try again in a private browser (ex. Incognito Mode) and/or clear out your cookies, cache, history, etc.
